
Berry Spinach
Fresh spinach and juicy strawberries tossed with a sweet-tangy sesame poppy dressing.

Ingredients
Dry the spinach very well so the dressing clings instead of pooling at the bottom.
- 10 oz (about 12 cups loosely packed)fresh spinach, rinsed, dried, and torn
- 2 cupsstrawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cupvegetable oil
- 1/4 cupwhite sugar
- 2 tbspwhite wine vinegar
- 1 tbspsesame seeds
- 1 1/2 tsppoppy seeds
- 1/8 tsppaprika

- Step 1
Mix the dressing
In a small bowl or jar, whisk (or shake) oil, sugar, vinegar, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and paprika until the sugar mostly dissolves.

Prep the produce
Rinse spinach and dry very well, then tear into bite-size pieces. Hull and slice the strawberries.

- Step 3
Assemble
Add spinach to a large bowl and scatter strawberries over the top.

- Step 4
Dress and serve
Drizzle with dressing and toss gently until coated. Serve immediately.
