Salad.Now turns curated salads into cart-ready grocery lists. Pick a salad, choose your retailer, and we build the ingredients list for you to review and checkout.
How do I build my first cart?
Choose a salad, select your store, and tap the cart button. We send the full list to your retailer so you can adjust items and checkout there.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Salad.Now does not require a subscription. You pay your retailer directly at checkout.
Which stores do you support?
We currently support Instacart®. Availability depends on your location and Instacart® coverage across the U.S. and Canada.
Retailers & Availability
Store selection and pricing are controlled by your retailer.
Why do prices differ between retailers?
Retailers set their own prices and fees. Final totals are shown at checkout with the retailer.
What if a store is not available in my area?
Retailer coverage varies by ZIP code (U.S.) or postal code (Canada). If a store is unavailable, try another option or check again later.
Do you support pickup and delivery?
Yes, if your retailer offers it. Choose pickup or delivery during the retailer checkout flow.
How current is ingredient availability?
Inventory can change quickly. Review product details and substitutions during retailer checkout.

Edit quantities, swap ingredients, and make each salad your own.
Can I edit quantities or remove items?
Yes. Once the cart opens at your retailer, you can adjust quantities, remove items, or add extras before checkout.
How do substitutions work?
We suggest swaps when a product is unavailable, but we do not auto-swap. You stay in control at checkout.
Can I swap proteins or make it vegetarian?
Absolutely. Swap proteins, choose plant-based options, or replace dairy with alternatives in the retailer cart.
Where can I find nutrition information?
Each salad includes nutrition estimates. Final nutrition details for packaged items are listed by the retailer.
Can I add pantry or household items?
Yes. Add anything you want after the cart opens at your retailer.

You pay your retailer directly. Salad.Now does not mark up items.
Is Salad.Now free?
Yes. Browsing and building carts are free. We may earn affiliate fees from retailer partners, which helps keep the service free.
Where do I pay?
You pay at your retailer's checkout. Salad.Now does not take payments or store your payment details.
Do you add any fees or markups?
No. Delivery fees, service fees, and taxes are set by the retailer.
Can I use retailer promotions or loyalty programs?
Yes. Apply promos, coupons, and loyalty benefits during the retailer checkout flow.

How fast can I get delivery?
Delivery speed depends on the retailer and your location. Many stores offer same-day delivery windows.
What if delivery is late or items are missing?
Delivery issues are handled by the retailer or delivery platform you checked out with. Use their support flow for the fastest resolution.
What if I am not home during delivery?
Set delivery instructions at checkout. Most retailers offer contactless drop-off options.
